The Light We Choose: How Christ Transforms Us in Darkness

Retrato de Heather Vandygriff

Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Hidden Lakes Counseling. Her path to counseling wove through international business, nonprofit work, advocacy, teaching, and raising two children—each step leading her toward a calling she's deeply grateful for. She feels privileged to walk alongside others and see glimpses of their divine worth, strength, and potential as they navigate their own journey of becoming.

She believes healing and growth happen in relationship—with God, with ourselves, and with one another—and is continually humbled by the reminder that we are all works in progress, becoming together.

Heather is a wife, mother, and lifelong learner who treasures connection and growth. She's also a new Lola to one sweet grandson, and her long-held dream of "Lolapalooza" camp for the grands is finally coming true.

Acerca de esta clase

In challenging times, we may find ourselves asking, “Master, carest thou not” that things are hard here. Together, we’ll explore—with honesty, hope, and a little cheer—how turning toward Jesus Christ in small and simple ways can transform not only how we walk through darkness, but who we become because of it.
