- How much does it cost? +
- The U.S. Southwest Area Women's Conference will be free. Parking and dinner will be provided at no charge. Dinner will be provided for daytime, in-person attendees.
- Who is invited? +
- Women 18 and older across the U.S. Southwest Area — Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas — are warmly invited. The evening devotional will be broadcast across the area, with a livestream link posted here closer to the event for those who can't travel.
- Where will the Women's Conference be held? +
- The University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, at the UNT Coliseum.
- What time does the Women's Conference start? +
- Daytime check-in opens at 7:30 AM and the opening devotional begins at 9:00 AM. Workshops and classes run 9 AM – 5 PM CDT. Evening check-in opens at 6:00 PM, and the evening devotional runs 7:00–8:00 PM. All times are Central Daylight Time (CDT).
- Who are the keynote speakers? +
- Three devotionals, each with a keynote: President and Sister Dunn in the morning, Neill Marriott in the afternoon, and Elaine Dalton in the evening. The evening devotional will be broadcast across the U.S. Southwest Area.
- Will the evening devotional be broadcast? +
- Yes — the evening devotional runs 7:00–8:00 PM CDT and will be broadcast across the U.S. Southwest Area (AZ, NV, NM, OK, TX). A livestream link will be posted here closer to the event.
- Will parking be available? +
- Parking will be provided at no charge.
- What about food? +
- Dinner will be provided at no charge for daytime, in-person attendees. Lunch is on your own. You can note dietary needs on your registration, and details on accommodations will be shared closer to the event.
- Are translation services available? +
- We are working to provide translation services for the Women's Conference. If you have a language need, please note it on your registration or email us at usswawomensconference@gmail.com so we can plan accordingly.
- I have an accessibility need. What should I do? +
- Check the appropriate box on the registration form or email us at usswawomensconference@gmail.com. We will follow up personally with everyone who marks an accessibility need so we can make sure the day works for you.
- How do I volunteer? +
- We'd love your help. Check the "I'd like to volunteer" box on the registration form, visit the Volunteers page, or email us at usswawomensconference@gmail.com.
- Can I bring my children? +
- This conference is for women 18 and older.
- How do I check in at the door? +
- Bring the QR code from your confirmation email — printed or on your phone. A volunteer will scan it and welcome you in.
- I lost my confirmation email. +
- Email us at usswawomensconference@gmail.com with your name and email, and we'll resend it. Please allow up to a week for a reply.
- I registered but can't attend. +
- No problem — please just email us at usswawomensconference@gmail.com to let us know.
