Service Opportunities, Bahnsen Gym, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Pray, light the candle, fill the wall: write down a prayer and create a candle to take home. St. Martha's Kitchen: create yarn-wrapped star ornaments for guests' meals throughout the Christmas season. The SharedDish: assemble 150 meal kits to be delivered to families in the Dallas area. Hagar's Heart: make “I See You” bracelets and cards to encourage women who have experienced hardship. The Salvation Army: assemble Angel Tree packets for North Texas families in need. The Samaritan Inn: create wreaths to hang on the doors of private rooms, which families take with them when they move to independent living.

More service opportunities. Families to Freedom: assemble kits of toiletry items, toys and snacks for families, with bracelets and encouraging notes. Christ's Haven for Children: make no-sew T-shirt bags for the pantry. Operation Ornaments: make handmade ornaments to brighten the holidays for families rebuilding from a time of loss. Cook Children's: cut out laminated card games, make and decorate busy books for children waiting in the emergency room, and decorate cards for a sick child's meal tray. Catholic Charities Fort Worth: write encouraging notes to clients, and decorate tote bags that will be filled with donations for families.
