Know before you go

We're getting close.Here's your day.

We're excited to welcome you to the US Southwest Area Women's Conference on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and we want your day to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few things to know before you go.

Arrival and check-in

Check-in begins at 7:30 AM. The first devotional begins at 9:00 AM. When you arrive at the Coliseum, use the door that matches your registration.

  • Doors B and C

    You have your QR code.

  • Door A

    You registered recently, or you can't find your QR code. This is also the accessible entrance.

  • Door H

    You need translation assistance. The Translation Desk is here.

Please look at the door map before you arrive, so you know which entrance to use.

Parking

Parking is available in the designated UNT lots around the conference venues. Carpooling is encouraged, and it's a great way to make the most of the parking we have.

Spaces marked RR and A are reserved and are not available for conference parking.

Food

Lunch is not provided. Plan to bring your own, or to buy lunch on campus or at one of the several restaurants nearby. On campus:

  • Coliseum concessions, open 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Eagle Landing
  • Select restaurants in the Union Building food court

Dinner is provided for registered conference attendees.

Conference app

Download the conference app before you arrive. It carries the workshop schedule and the rest of the conference information, and it will be a helpful companion all day.

The app link has been emailed to registered sisters. Check your inbox — and your spam folder if you don't see it.

Build your day

Workshops are first come, first served. There is no advance registration, so look through the workshop class list ahead of time and make a plan for the sessions you'd like to attend. The workshop schedule is in the conference app too.

Follow the Spirit, be flexible, and remember there will always be a place for you.

Wear what you're comfortable in, and be prepared to walk around campus throughout the day. Comfortable shoes are a good idea.
